Our old H tractors had the strap. I think the hole in the swinging drawbar under the tractor is 1 1/8" (at least that's the diameter of the pin). I think your best bet for a replacement drawbar would be a salvage yard. You may be able to straighten the draw bar in a press if the bend isn't to severe without using any heat.
