Bob, The pitman is 36" long.
Starting at the knife head end, measure 2-3/16" for the first bolt hole, then three more holes spaced at 1-5/16". These holes are for 5/16" diam. bolts. From this last bolt hole measure 24-3/8" along, then three more holes at 1-1/2" spacing for the pitman bearing. These are also 5/16" diam. bolts. Dimensions are for hole centres.
The pitman bearing stiffener fits in a slot 6-1/4" long.
The pitman plunger spring fits in a hole 5/8" diam. X 1-1/2" deep.
The wood is 1-5/8" X 1-1/8" thick.
