Fire Crater pistons?

Hi, I pulled the head off of my C today (different topic) and found that the pistons were of the firecrater variety.
They have 2...err..hills in the middle with a crater under the plug.

Are these the Stepped pistons? or the Standard Flat top? Where can I find valves?
Are these the high comp pistons?
