15-30 rear wheels

Hi Again,
The old 15-30 I bought this summer had been flat with chloride for so long that I'm afraid the tires will blow off the rusty ( really bad ) rims.

It has 14.00 - 13.50 x 32" tires on it. I'm starting to look for new rims to put on, or perhaps good used wheels.

I'm not sure if rubber was an option, or after market modification. If so, does anyone have an idea what tractor would have used rims of this size?
