If you want to do it right I would recomend that you , have the bore on the block machined to oversize, replace the piston and rings, have a machine shop check the head and reface and or replace the valves and install hardened valve seats in the head. Have the machine shop grind the crankshaft and replace the main and rod bearings. I am sure that it would take a lot less than this to get it running again, But if you want it to run for another 30 years this would be the right way to do it !
