Hope someone can help me with this. It's driving me nuts. Have a 1951 super C that is misfiring or missing like crazy. But it's just not one cyl. missng. There is no regular miss on any one cyl. or speed. It almost like it loading up with gas or starving for gas. But it so erratic in missing I can't tell. I have check everything, plugs, timing, carb sitting, valve adjustment, new voltage reg, plug wires, dist.cap, points ,condensor, rotary button. Plugs get foulded but figure it was from missing and then firing. It has good compression so I've ruled out stuck rings, even pulled the head off and did an inspection. Could it be a erratic Ground somewhere?
