Farmall M running poorly after warming up

I've had a Farmall SM for over eleven years and use it for farm work, mostly grinding feed. It starts well (choked) and upon first warming up runs great with lots of power. However, after about 20 minutes it begins to loose power and I need to choke it to keep it running. Eventually it won't run at all. If I let it cool, it starts and runs again and the cycle repeats itself. I run 89 octane, lead additive and just put in new plugs.

Any suggetions? I can't figure it out.
