Reading cowmans "boner awards" reminded me of the time I got my 4x4 truck stuck in bottom of a ditch at a friends gravelpit,so I though no big deal ,I would use his Cat front end loader to pull the truck out from the rear bumper.I put my brother in the truck to drive while I hooked the yellow 3" towstrap to a 8" drop homemade trailer hitch and hooked the other end to the frontbucket of the Cat. Sitting on the side of the seat with my head out the door of the loader I started to pull out the truck, the towstrap streched out to the max and the truck started to move then all of a sudden the homemade trailer hitch broke loose and it slingshot through the front window, off my left shoulder and out the backwindow of the cab. If I would of been sitting square in the seat I would of had a facefull of steel trailer hitch. After I cleaned out my pants I wraped the strap around the rear axel, and finished the job.
