stuck clutch w30

recently dad @ myself purchased a 37 w30 it doesn't run but not seized just needs a little tlc
but the clutch assy is stuck pulled inspection plate off to have a look and found a mouse nest after further dismantling was able to get it mostly out
but the throw out bearing won't move the three fingers on clutch assy to disengage or engage tried removing choke collar but bolts won't come out because throw out bearing won't move ahead enough so i can fully take it apart
any ideas or susgestion
