I'd get the A. I know the 8N has more power, but for mowing, the A is hard to beat. If you go around where tobacco is grown, like here in NW MO, you can sometimes find plows, front blades, etc sold for junk price @ farm sales. I've spent many hours cultivating tobacco on A's and Super A's so I'm biased. Any time you can keep a piece of old iron from the junk yard, do it. If only they could talk, what stories they would tell.
