If you are planning on replacing both the pistons and the sleeves, simply take a thick long rod and pound the pistons up through the top. The sleeves will more than likely pop out with the pistons. Use PB Blaster around the edge of the top of the sleeve and the cylinder wall. That stuff will work its way down the outer sleeve wall. That is how I got the stuck pistons out of Old Rusty H of 2 years ago. That PB Blaster did a good job of coating the outer sleeve wall as I pounded them out. I was really surprised how well it penetrated.
