Fast Freddie,
Look at the casting where the front end assembly
attaches to the block just under the mag. It's
fairly common for the ear on the block to crack
if it was beat on. The Cub does have a combination
plow/grader blade that mounts under the belly and
can be adapted to the hydraulics if you have them.
