W-30

Is a W-30 the same as a Wheatland 30? Just double checking. And are they rare in central IL. My Dad called and said someone offered him one this morning but the killer is (according to him)he told the guy no he didn't want it and hung up on him!!Dads is slipping a little bit these days but he has never talked about a W-30 before so I think its true. Hopefully he will call back.
