I am guessing that you have a "Frameall" tractor, an experimental modified A or B that had an experimental hydraulic-hitch system meant to compete with Ford/Ferguson's 3 point system. I did not know any got away from IH--perhaps Guy Fay can shed light on this as I got my information from his book. I am only mentioning this because of your FRA prefix -- I could be wrong.
