You likely aren't gonna know what will work until you split each, and start measuring. I have seen a Farmall M that had been re-powered with an 806 engine. The frame rails and sheet metal were extended a few inches, and it had a shrouded electric fan pulling air through the original radiator. The owner said he used the M flywheel that he re-drilled to fit the 806 crank.

Post back when you figure this out; I'd like to know if it worked!
