IH Powerunit with Continental engine

Just picked up a litte IH powerunit with a four cylinder Continental engine. Has a flat-belt pulley output. Engine is thermo-siphon, i.e. there is no water-pump. Anbody know the size and horsepower of the engine? Looks about the same size as the Hercules in my Cletrac HG. The engine tag reads: Continental Motors Corp TY69 96404
Casting on engine block on carb. side is 69A-405 Carburetor is a Carter 852S.
