I think it will, same unit from all since SMTA, also 300/350/460 had a extra adapter casting you dont use, look in 460 parts catalog, dont try to use last clutch type from 460/560, different setup and drive gearing up front for live drive. Easy spotting is handle, all except last ones had a small knob on forward side of handle, later that would only fit 460/560 has a square handle and square button in center.
