Cultivision was a marketing term. All B's were "cultivision" some had it on the sticker, some didn't. I don't know of any rules that would govern which ones did or didn't. I have a '40 B that I have cultivision stickers on, but I have no idea what was on it when new.
I would put on what you think looks best to your eye.
