Help H lost oil pressure

45 "H" working tractor Has got about 10 lbs pressure. Changed oil gauges , Blowed line out from gauge to pan, can hear it go thru into the pan. I replaced pump today and it still has same pressure. Cant find any lose bearings, no strange noises. Appreciate any Ideas on what could be problem. Thanks In advance.
