Hope this isn't too late! Had the same problem on my Farmall 200. Finally resorted to drilling two holes in the pulley inside the shoulder of the V, and outside the shoulder (back side) of the hub. Then a deep socket placed on the end of the crankshaft, a steel plate with holes appropriately placed to match the two I just drilled in the pulley. Put a couple bolts through the plate and pulley, and nuts on the back of pulley. Had to grind the flats on one side of the nuts to fit. Anyway, that made a custom puller that worked superbly. Used a air impact wrench - couple bumps on each bolt alternately until it walked the pulley off. Worked fine - I'm saving that setup! (Think the bolts were 5/16")
