I would use a tandem trailer with 3500# axles with brakes on at least one axle. I brought a W-4 from Wichita KS to South Alabama last summer behind my wifes Toyota 4-runner with no problems on such a trailer.......should be able to buy a new one for around $1200 or you can rent one from Ryder for around $50. per day
