Not only did that Green zinc chromate primer keep the rust away, but it never seemed to deteriate. The finish coat woul but once it got to the primer, it would stay that way for a long long time. Leave it to the Feds to screw up another thing, but what else could we expect. Remember this is the same bunch of Morons that outlawed DDT so that now more lives are lost through disease than DDT ever took.
