I've known of people using STP Engine Treatment. And thy're pleased with it.I like something sold by Snapper lawn mower dealers called SNAPPER'00'. It is a rear gear lube used in their mowers. It is thicker than 90 wt.gear lube, but thinner than bearing grease.PS,the trouble with brg.grease is it will harden after several years, becoming wax-like.It will then accumulate all around gears, never actually touching them and gears get no lubrication at all.Have seen more than once.Hope this helps!
