The easiest way is if your tractor has a loader. Take off the bucket, and put a blade on the front of the arms. You can be as creative as you want, or keep it really simple. If you have loader arms on your H, you could easily adapt a rear-mount 3pt blade onto the front end. I have a flat blade that's 8' wide and over 40" tall that goes on the front of my M. An H will not push what an M will, but it may surprise you. Chains are a big help, but not essential unless there is ice under the snow. Add weight to the back of your tractor. Set the blade about 2" off the ground, put the H in 3rd gear, and move some snow!
