Farmall H oil leak question....

I got a 49 H over the weekend and have been using it to move a few things around the farm. I noticed today that I have a oil leak in the area between the governor and the radiator hoses. It is the seal on the end of the engine. Is this something I need to be overly concerned with, or can I run it for years with this leak. (I wanted to mention that the oil pressure tops out, when it is started). What do you guys think?
