400/450 had a lot of little changes between them, speaking from a parts-man side of it, 400 was 6 volt with C264 gas engine and one armed fast hitch where the cyl mounted, was originally painted all red, first series of 450 was trimmed in white and still 6 volt, might have factory Power steering with Behlen type or made, newer type fast hitch like a 560, key switch had start/run all in one, last 450 made had C281 with 12 volt and key switch off/on with separate push button for starter like 460/560. I worked in set-up & delivery on these new before I was demoted to parts dept for 10 years.
