Before I sold anything out of the USA, I would get and verify his personal address and phone number. I have had replies from ads that came supposedly from europe, and they usually want to pay you with a check drawn on a USA bank for an amount larger than your item, and you are to transfer by wire the change to their account. Then the supposed USA check turns out to be a complete fake, and you are stuck. I recently had a motorcycle for sale on ebay, and the price was $17,000. I got an offer to buy it, with a check for $89.000. I was to wire $72,000 to his account. How many years do you think it would take me to pay back the bank for the fraud check? They would have taken my house. I will not sell anything out of the USA. There is plenty of stuff in europe for them to buy. Check the link below for more info.
