H engine kits

Hey all I recently purchased a 1950 Farmall H, The tractor itself was in very good condition but the engine is very tired, It burns oil and is starting to knock when it gets working. I plan on purchasing a complete engine rebuild kit but I want to get some feedback on the standard flat top pistons and the stepped head pistons.

Is there a noticeable increase in pulling power??

And does anyone have the website of the company that manufactures these kits?
