Tkae the head off and drop the pan you will have to do this anyway as the engine is no good if it is stuck that bad. You will have to buy some new parts sleeves and pistons are 309 increased bore to 3 1/8 making it a 123cu in they even have a discount till DEC. E-MAIL for more info.
