The front steel from a 10-20 will not fit on a Regular. Bearings are different as well as the diameter of the wheel itself; the 10-20 being the larger on both accounts. As for value, it seems like the Regular generally brings more money at sales, although it's really hard to find a nice 10-20, but not so hard to find a nice Regular. Just my opinion!
