Broke high low reverse cam pivot shaft arm on Far

I have an 806 International Farmall tractor. 1965 year model, I think. My high low and reverse cam pivot shaft arm broke off and I must replace it. What are things to be careful of when removing the top cover that has the shifter and oil filler on? The arm sheered off even with top plate. Also, where can this part be ordered and approximate cost?
