Chuck, I'm not sure car tires are the answer for any tractor for any condition, to me they spoil the appearance of a tractor and they take away the steering capability of a farm rib tire. I was thinking about your problem and the solution is in putting a better tractor tire on. Your H should have 550x16's so go to a 700x16 or a 750x16, this will beef up the capacity of the tractor, allow the tire to ride up on the surface, steer better and give you all the best of a good ribbed tractor tire. When it gets muddy and the snow becomes a factor, ribbed tires will be the only ones doing the steering......good luck with your H and loader....Mike in Exeter Ontario
