not that dificult,pretty strait forward.I recently did mine Boughtsleeves&pistons from Shoup mfg. in ILL.kit included all gaskets&bearings for 775.00! What ran into money was the head mine was shot needed valves,guides,springs&seats. Luckily the injectors checked out ok 1200lbs runs pretty good havent had on dyno yet dont know hp just from using would guess 70 +or- thats what it had 5 years ago
