There are lots of IH models to choose from. Other than the criteria you mention, another two key ones are how much horsepower and how old. To get true down pressure, you may have to go with a Fast Hitch equipped tractor, with a 3pt adaptor added if necessary (I have a Farmall 350 with a 2pt+3pt adaptor). The 2pt hitch has a pin you can add or remove under the hydraulic cylinder if you want or don't want (respectively) down pressure.
