I can help you with the Hydralics. A regular H and the stage 1 Super H's. Have the lift all system. This is a hydralic pump that is run off the Transnision gears. Here is a photo of one being removed. These are not live.I.E. when you push in the clutch the pump stops. Live Hydralics are run off the engine. On super H's you will find the pump attached in front of the distributor. It is run off the Distributor drive. This allows it to pump at all times. Not just when the transmision is ingaged. This is refered to as live hydralics as it is live all the time the engine is running. Hope this helps. I am sure some one can answer you question as to the other differences in a H and a Super H.
