Farmall C Dripping oil in a wave down manifold sid

Got a Farmall C that drips oil like crazy down the manifold side of the engine. Where is it coming from? It may be coming from the valve cover but... it may also be coming from the manifold itself. I do not think it is coming from the head or valve cover gaskets. The carb is covered deeply in oil. The manifold is even oil covered.

Any ideas?
