m compression results

the dry test was- #1=65 #2=65 #3=65 #4=75
the wet test was- the same no change.
for the wet test I put 3 squirts of oil in each cyl. results make me think the valve adjustment .
the tractor starts well and no smoke but the power seems off. what would the perfect compression be? thanks--mike
