The other posts are correct the springs on the levers are for loading the lifting so it will lift easy. Ihave the lever that will just lift the rear tooling and prefer the set-up so i can just use rear if i care.These are great for garden stuff. I also have one with exhaust lift. Also the A-435 which will cover up to 6 rows 15in on center it also has the four row fertilizer. I am restoring it as it has three tool bars for mounting shovels ect. Do you need any other parts?
