H Belly Pump Question

Hello everyone, I have developed an oil leak at the drive shaft of the belly pump on my 1944 H. It has the two collars with cotter pins drive shaft system, so getting it out of the tractor was no problem. My question is, how do you get that little drive cog off of the shaft to change the seal? I can't seem to figure any way to do it, there just isn't room to get much on it to work with. Any input will be most appreciated. Thank you,
