FARMALL HYDRAULICS

I HAVE A FARMALL H THAT HAS HYDRAULICS. HOWEVER
I HAVE NEVER USED THE HYDRAULICS. CAN SOMEONE TELL
ME WHAT I NEED TO DO TO TEST THEM. WHAT TYPE OF
HYDRAULIC FLUID DO I USE ? I WAS TOLD TO JUST USE
STREIGHT 30 WEIGHT MOTOR OIL. IS THIS RIGHT ? THE SYSTEM HAS 2 OUT LETS CAPPED OFF WITH A PIPE CAP.
IS 1 A PRESSURE AND 1 A RETURN ? IF SO HOW DO I KNOW WITCH ONE IS WITCH ? DOES THE H SYSTEM HAVE
PRESURE UP AND DOWN OR JUST UP ? I JUST PURCHASED
A USED 3 POINT HITCH AND I AM VERY EXCITED ABOUT
GETTING IT SET UP. I WOULD APPERICATE ANY HELP ANY
ONE COULD GIVE ME. THANKS, JOE RHODES
