Start with the most likely cause. Bad head gasket. Pull the head and have a look. White smoke means that you are burning anti-freeze. The reason oil is coming from the fill pipe is that coolant is displacing the oil in the pan and pushing it out. By the way, you are not supposed to take the oil cap off when it is running. Put a new headgasket on, torque it properly and in the correct sequnce and see what happens. You will also need to change your oil filter and oil as the stuff in there is now contaminated and no longer protecting your engine. Phlogiston
