Info about 656HS international ?

I am looking at a 656HS. have no experience with this brand of tractor. The neighbor down the road has it for sale. Looks well used but not in bad shape, some oil leaks but not bad. Tires are well worn but will be ok for my type of work. Any info would be great and some idea of value.
