I have the same problem too. Thats why a built a prototype out of wood first. Then when building it out of steel, I cut and drilled everthing first. Put the pieces on the tractor and tack welded it. Took it off and finished welding. Did it in short segments to keep distortion to a minimum. If I remember right, I had to drill one hole in the fast hitch. That would be the lower bolt hole on the left side. I drilled that last, during installation using the hole in bracket as a guide.
