little genius plow value

I found a two bottom little genius plow on steel wheels, no paint but have always been kept inside. There is one small part that needs welded and the "triggers" on the levers need some repairs. I don't know hardly anything about plows except that I want one since my grandfather had one and I have his super C also. The fellow said make an offer, he is not real concerned about getting a lot of money but I don't want to cheat him either. What is a ballpark figure to offer?
