Since you have cut the beads, how about spraying your favourite penetrating liquid around the rims.

What I have done in the past is use a front end loader with down pressure. Put the prongs of the loader bucket as close to the rims as possible and then lower the bucket. Work your way around the rim.
Another method used was driving over the tire with the rear wheel of another tractor. Again drive as close to the rim as possible.

Professionals use a pointed bar with a slide hammer on it. Something like the tool to drive steel fence posts.
