There is a brass jet on the side of the carb. Pull it out and clean it. Start working from there back to the tank. Next, pull the gas line off at the carb and open the gas. You should have a good steady stream. Check the screen in the carb inlet and the fuel bowl. Also check that the tank is clean. Sounds like she is starved for fuel. Phlogiston
