It's hard, nowadays to find a shop that will re-bush a distributor. You might want to check with your CNH dealer to see if bushings are available, and they should not be too tough to install, if you can get them. I don't know about these, but some need to be finish-reamed after installation. A local electric motor repair shop might be able to do that, if needed. The other problem you may run into is bad wear in the advance mechanism in the distributor. I don't know what parts are still available for the advance, and if you find that in tough shape, it might be best to look for a rebuilt distributor.
