I've got a 706G that I use to feed all winter long and it starts really easy when I do the following. Set the gas just above an idle. Use full choke and crank just a short time and then push the choke in and keep cranking. It will start and you will need to give it more choke to keep it going. This procedure works for me no matter what the outside temp is. GOOD LUCK
