Ken, I had the same stuck clutch problem with my C last week and it was an easy fix. With the switch off and the tractor in reverse gear on a hard surface, attach a tow strap from the drawbar to a hitch on a truck or to another tractor.
pull it with the truck. pump the clutch in and out and it will break loose. After that, start the tractor up and try to pull the truck with it, slipping the C clutch some to scrape that rust right off.
