well alvin the CEO might be over paid. But remember when he goes home after a full day in the office he still has his cell phone and if anything goes wrong he will be called. He has to (or should) live eat and breath his job 365 days a year. What is that worth. On the other hand the 40 hour guy with a luch bucket goes home to his wife and kids.
